Freight rates and lead times quoted at checkout are best estimates only, if your order doesn't meet the conditions allowed for at checkout a Pool Fencing Supplies Team member will contact you to discuss your shipping options. e.g. customers in regional parts of Australia that order bulk goods from this site will either have to collect from the Closest Warehouse or nominate their own freight company and account details.
If Pool Fencing Supplies is unable to deliver your order and after contacting you to discuss your option is unable to come to an reasonable solution then we will refund your purchase in full.
Refund Policy
7 day return policy - If you order a product that is not fit for purpose please contact us and we will exchange the product up to the same value. Additional freight charges may apply.
7 day refund policy. If you order a product and change your mind or no longer require the goods. Please submit your request in writing to poolfencingsupplies@gmail.com, if approved we will refund your payment back to the card used to make the purchase within 30 days minus a 20% restocking fee.
Please note that product exchanges or refunds are only possible if the goods are in the original packaging, are in brand new condition and not damaged in any way. Pool Fencing Supplies reserves the right to refuse an exchange or refund of the goods if these terms are not met.
Picking & Packing - If you receive the wrong items please let us know within 7 days of receiving the shipment and we will correct the problem at our expense.
Product warranty - 10 Years excluding Polaris Hinges which have 3 Years warranty. Products should be maintained in accordance with the manufacturers care and maintenance policy.
